How To Find An Effective Workout Plan!
There is no doubt that every person wants their body to be in a good shape. The best way of having a fit body is working out. You don’t have to work out 2hours each day for a week. Just 30 minutes every 3 days a week will do you the job. However, I’ve seen many people complaining that even after working out daily they don’t have the perfect figure or they don’t seem to be losing weight at all. This is because maybe that workout plan just isn’t right for you or your workout includes activities that you don’t enjoy. Every day you may find many workout plan ads on the internet or on TV, but they won’t work out for you unless you actually like what you’re doing.
If you want to find the workout plan that will actually help you lose weight, then you need to ask yourself a few questions.
Am I enjoying the exercise?
If the answer to this question is no, then you need to stop that workout plan right now! And start searching for a new workout plan. It is quite obvious that if you don’t like or enjoy doing an activity, then you will most likely leave it in a few days and jump to another one. Doing this won’t create consistency. You need to find an activity or exercise that you enjoy doing and in this way you will stick to it. For example, if you’re doing the ‘skipping rope’ exercise to get toned legs, but you don’t enjoy doing it then you should leave it. Instead, if you enjoy running, then you should start running every morning for 10-20 minutes to get the best toned legs.
Am I doing too much cardio?
Doing cardio is important for losing weight, but if you’re doing too much of it then instead of losing weight you will gain more. Doing too much cardio can cause the body to store energy as fat. It also dramatically increases your appetite, making you want to eat unnecessary snacks. If you want to lose weight, then you should include minimum cardio in your workout plan.
Am I taking time to recover?
If you are not taking a day off from exercise to recover, then you are not doing it right. This is a major reason why you’re not losing weight even after working out daily. You need to include 2-3 days off in your workout plan. Your body falls into a catabolic state if you don’t give it time to recover after high intensity workout. You need to give rest days to your body to relax your muscles, get proper sleep, increase strength and performance. To lose weight properly, you must add rest days in your workout plan.
Am I having a proper diet plan?
Although, exercise is important, but following a proper diet plan is even more important. If you’re working out every day, but not following a proper diet plan and eating junk food, then there is a huge chance that you may not be losing weight at all. You need to have a proper diet plan along with your workout plan to actually lose weight. You may find a lot of diet plans on the internet or provided by your fitness trainer. However, if you want to lose up to 10 pounds in a week without exercising, then you must follow the well-known 3-day military diet plan. According to the 3-day military diet plan, you can lose weight even if you include ice creams in your diet. On the first day, you will eat 1400 calories, 1200 calories for the second day and 1100 calories for the third day. This diet plan is very effective and will help you lose weight in a very short span of time.
