Close Grip Bench Press
The trick with this is close grip bench pressing actually targets your triceps while keeping your joints protected. Doing it with a barbell on a flat bench focuses fully on your triceps with a secondary muscle groups being your chest.
It can be done doing a crush grip as well with two dumbbells focusing more on the inner chest area.
Bent-Over Two Armed Dumbbell Triceps Extension
This exercise kills two bird with one stone. It allows you to do two single extensions but at the same time isolating both triceps. It targets all three heads of the triceps and allows you to squeeze on the negative.
