We talk about ego lifting a lot on here but this video he have to show you today falls into a whole other very serious category.
It is not quite certain what actually happened but we assumed it is from lifting too much weight.
Sure accidents happen in the gym but the one we are about to show you is quite graphic.
Make sure that when you are going to be attempting a new weight record you can actually support the weight.
Making small weight increases in order to build up to a heavier weight helps to ensure that you won’t hurt yourself.
Always have a spotter by your side when you are attempting any new weight records.
