Connor makes sure to eat 1 gram of protein per every pound of body weight; especially if he is cutting weight.

During his cutting he makes sure to get in a little more protein throughout the day.

He explains that it is normal to be hungry throughout the day when cutting body weight.

In order to combat his hunger he advises to eat higher quality foods because they fill him up more.

In the morning Connor starts off with steel cut oats because they fill him up more than regular oats.
