The best way to tell if you are making progress is from visual evidence.

One of the only ways you can see visual evidence is if you are measuring your body.

By measuring certain areas of your body you will be able to determine if they have grown.

Everyone see’s themselves every day which makes it hard to tell if their physique is changing.

Bodybuilder love to see changes in they body because it proves to them that their hard work and dedication is working.

The video will explain how to properly measure certain areas on your body such as:

  • Chest
  • Shoulder
  • Waist
  • Hip
  • Thigh
  • Forearm
  • Calf
  • Neck

By determining the measurements of each of the area’s listed above you will have a baseline for your body.

You may also be able to determine your body fat percentage based on those measurements as well by using a body cat percentage calculator.
