Kai Greene Official Meal Plan 2016!

Kai Greene is a very humble and unique bodybuilder which makes him a very like-able guy. He hasn’t won a Mr. Olympia competition but has won the Arnold Classic competition 2009-2010 and 2016!

Kai has an incredibly muscular physique landing him in the top contenders at the Mr Olympia. He must eat on a strict diet in order to build the lean muscle he has. Kai eat 5 meals a day and takes a protein supplement called Carnivor. His meals are split between 2 – 2 1/2 hour increments. His post workout meal is meal 2 were he consumes his protein shake in order to take advantage of quick absorbing protein. This shake in meal 2 of his plan contains a total of 50 grams carbohydrates and 25 grams proteins.

Below is an example of Kai Greene’s meal plan. However keep in mind the his meal plan is consistently changing due to seasonal competitions and dieting. Some foods may be changed and some may be taken out.

Meal 1

  • 12 Egg Whites
  • ¼ Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 slices Ezekiel Bread
  • 1 fruit like apple

Meal 2

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ounce Almonds
  • 1 cup Vanilla Almond/ Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup water

Meal 3

  • 6 ounces grilled Flank Steak
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon olive-oil

Meal 4

  • 6 ounces boneless chicken breast
  • ⅓ quinoa
  • 2 walnuts
  • Craisins (Dried cranberries)

Meal 5

  • 5 ounces tuna steak, with 7 ounces cod
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Medium Yams
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 stalks of Asparagus
